Finance Business Support As a Partnerships Lead at Rabobank, you build and scale the 18-30 partnership ecosystem: define partnership strategy, identify and negotiate strategic/commercial deals, launch and optimize collaborations, and drive measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention. Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Role purpose: Own and scale strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, expand distribution, and strengthen the company's ecosystem through high-impact alliances. - Develop and execute a partnerships strategy aligned to business goals, target markets, and product roadmap. - Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential partners (e.g., platforms, agencies, integrators, affiliates, resellers). - Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle: outreach, discovery, business case, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and enablement. - Build joint go-to-market plans, co-marketing campaigns, and partner sales motions to generate pipeline and revenue. - Manage partner performance using KPIs (pipeline, revenue, activation, retention) and optimize programs based on data. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver partner outcomes. - Create partner documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support consistent execution.
