Project Manager **About the department** The COO Office supports the execution of Oikocredit's strategic change agenda. We work across business and support functions to deliver initiatives that improve processes, systems, governance and ways of working. Our portfolio includes digital transformation, system implementation and migration, data and reporting initiatives, process improvement, and organisational change programmes. We are looking for an **experienced Project Manager** to lead projects of moderate to high complexity across different business domains. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives in areas such as investor engagement, impact investment, finance, risk, data, technology and organisational transformation. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of projects from early problem framing and scoping through planning, implementation, adoption and handover to business as usual. The role ensures that initiatives are delivered within agreed scope, budget and timelines, while achieving the intended business outcomes and expected value. Working closely with business stakeholders, senior sponsors, IT delivery teams and support functions, the Project Manager provides leadership, alignment and structure throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires the ability to manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities and stakeholder expectations within complex change environments. Reporting to the Head of the COO Office, the Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and applies agile or hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate.
