- Machine Operator - CNC (m/f/d) Büter Hydraulics is part of the Büter Group and is located in Emmen. We are known as the go-to company for technically complex custom solutions. Our hydraulic cylinders are used in crucial parts of machines: steering systems, special safety systems, and structural components. When a customer cannot find a suitable standard cylinder, they come to us. Quality, precision, and craftsmanship are central to everything we do. Within our organization, we develop and manufacture hydraulic cylinders entirely in-house. Are you technically minded and interested in developing your career in machining? As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathes and machining centers. You will work with tight tolerances and contribute to an efficient, high-quality production process. Your tasks will include: - Independently operating CNC lathes and machining centers - Reading and interpreting technical drawings - Inspecting dimensions using measuring equipment - Troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions Job requirements: - Experience as a machine operator in machining is preferred but not required - Accurate and independent working style with a strong focus on quality - Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 23:00, with the Friday evening shift ending at 18:00) We offer: - A challenging position in a modern and well-equipped working environment - A competitive gross monthly salary between €2,850 and €3,850, depending on experience, in accordance with the Metalektro collective labor agreement (CAO) - Opportunities for training and career growth - An informal and supportive team atmosphere - 27 vacation days with the option to save up to 5 additional leave days - The prospect of a permanent employment contract Int...
