As a PQ & Tender Support Officer, you are at the heart of our commercial success. You manage vendor registrations, ESG pre qualifications and customer information to ensure Van Oord is always ready to compete for new opportunities. You are one of the first points of contact for our clients and support them throughout the pre qualification process. You also play a central role throughout the full tender cycle for Offshore Energy projects. You analyse tender and pre qualification documents, identify customer requirements and initiate the tender preparation process. Working closely with colleagues from Commercial, QHSE, Finance, Legal and Operations, you coordinate the information needed to deliver high quality and compliant submissions. By translating customer requirements into clear actions, you help secure projects that contribute to the energy transition worldwide. Your work makes a direct contribution to winning new projects and strengthening Van Oord's position in the offshore energy market. You bring people, information and expertise together to deliver complete, accurate and compelling submissions.
