If yes, then this position is really for you! What your day as a Guest Service Agent look like? You are the first person to welcome our guests. After a briefing with your team on the day's events, you will take your position at the reception. Here you will be the first point of contact for our guests, checking them in, answering their questions and ensuring their stay is unforgettable. During the day you switch between different tasks: from managing reservations to supporting guests with special requests. You learn to deal with a variety of situations, so no two days are the same! In between activities you will take the time to deepen your knowledge of Rotterdam so that you can advise guests on the best local restaurants and things to do. In your first period, you will be guided by a buddy with a training plan. They will teach you everything about: - Working with different hotel systems - Providing high quality service - Proper interaction with individual guests and large (business) groups Who are you?
