Key responsibilities - Advise clients on property insurance coverage, risk considerations, and policy structure. - Manage end-to-end renewals and mid-term adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Prepare submissions, negotiate terms with insurers, and secure optimal pricing and coverage. - Analyse exposures, claims history, and risk information to support placement strategy. - Draft and review client documentation (quotes, comparisons, presentations, policy summaries). - Coordinate with internal teams (claims, risk, compliance, administration) to deliver service standards. - Ensure regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, and adherence to internal broking procedures. - Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and support retention and growth targets. Required skills and experience - Proven experience in property insurance broking, placement, or underwriting. - Strong knowledge of property risks, wordings, and insurer market dynamics. - Excellent client service, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - High attention to detail with strong documentation and data quality discipline. - Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Competence with broking/CRM systems and standard office productivity tools.
