ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Support Officer , you'll play a key role in supporting our Account and Sales Managers by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes for a diverse portfolio of customers. You'll be the vital link between our clients, sales teams, and internal departments-helping to resolve operational challenges and elevate customer satisfaction. The key responsibilities of the Sales Support Officer are divided as such : - Provide proactive administrative and sales support to Account and Sales Managers - Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and daily support - Manage and follow up on quotation requests and workflows - Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute insights - Utilize CRM and pricing systems daily - Collaborate on dispute resolution and root cause analysis - Ensure accurate filing of quotations, including FMC filings - Share customer feedback with local trade managers - Develop and present business cases to Head Office line managers - Promote CMA CGM's full suite of services includi...
