Confed - - Development & engineering - Prototyping - PCBA assembly - Wiring harness assembly - Mechanical assembly Recruiter In this independent role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for the locations in Dordrecht and Amersfoort. - 32 hours per week (24 hours is negotiable) - Dordrecht - Salary between €3,000 and €4,500 based on a 40-hour working week The role In this independent role as Recruiter at Confed, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for the locations in Dordrecht and Amersfoort. You are in daily contact with HR, managers, and operations and are able to translate staffing needs into a concrete and realistic recruitment approach. Confed largely employs people with a disadvantaged position in the labor market (approximately 70% in Dordrecht and 20-25% in Amersfoort). This requires someone who knows how to reach the right people and how to build sustainable relationships with social services, employer service points, social enterprises, educational institutions, and other relevant partners. Due to an aging workforce and growth, there will be a significant recruitment demand in the coming years. An intake of around 75 to 150 employees is expected, of whom 15 to 20 in the first year. In this role you combine operational effectiveness with strategic insight, giving you direct impact on staffing levels, production continuity, and delivery reliability. As an ambassador for Confed, you are visible within the organization, advise on labor market developments, and contribute to building a strong employer brand.
