Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Lead and oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure accurate, timely financial information and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Prepare and review financial statements, management reporting, and variance analysis. - Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures. - Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, revenue/expense recognition, and balance sheet integrity. - Coordinate audits, tax filings support, and interactions with external auditors and advisors. - Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning activities. - Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights and improve operational performance. - Supervise and develop accounting staff; assign priorities and ensure quality execution. Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS principles, and compliance requirements. - Advanced proficiency in accounting systems/ERPs and spreadsheets; ability to improve processes through automation. - Expertise in reconciliations, controls, audit readiness, and documentation standards. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven leadership experience managing teams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
