Your impact as Business Analyst Hyper Automation As a Business Analyst within Hyper Automation, you will help ensure a smooth and reliable migration of ex-isting automations into NN's standard environment. Your focus will be on understanding current solutions, translating them into clear requirements and designs, and aligning stakeholders across multiple teams. Your work helps accelerate delivery while safeguarding reliability, performance and business continuity for our business units. What you are going to do - Analyse existing automated processes and translate them into NN-compliant designs and require-ments - Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholders - Model and document processes, business rules and solution requirements - Create development-ready documentation to support automation delivery teams - Identify dependencies, risks and gaps that may impact migration timelines - Collaborate closely with developers, architects and operational teams - Support testing and implementation activities to ensure stable and reliable solutions - Drive alignment between stakeholders with different priorities and interests What we offer you Our people are the driving force behind our organization.
