UNIC's ambition is to create long-term collaborative structures in Higher Education across European borders as part of the European Universities Initiative. UNIC is funded by Erasmus+ and has received additional national, Horizon, and EIT funding. UNIC is offering a great opportunity for a Quality, Impact & Reporting Project Officer situated in the UNIC HQ at EUR to work directly across the alliance with a focus on quality assurance, impact, monitoring and reporting, supporting the broad portfolio of UNIC HQ. You will work closely with the leadership at UNIC HQ and with the partners across Europe to finalize key deliverables, develop and optimize reporting processes, manage impact assessments, prepare funding applications, and to establish robust long-term data-collection and -analysis processes. Job description As Project Officer, you will drive ongoing monitoring and reporting activities as well as the preparation of future funding periods. You will work closely with the Alliance Programme Manager on a daily basis. Your responsibilities include: - Ensure implementation, documentation, and improvement of existing and new reporting processes, data collection (including data visualization), and monitoring processes. - Support the preparation of final technical, narrative, and strategic reports, deliverables, and other documents, and coordinate input from alliance partners. - Support the development of funding applications and new initiatives. - Coordinate and implement internal projects related to monitoring, im...
