Core responsibilities - Own end-to-end WFM processes: forecasting, staffing models, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management. - Monitor performance against KPIs (e.g., SLA, ASA, AHT, occupancy, shrinkage) and drive corrective actions. - Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and leadership to align staffing plans with business demand and budget. - Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making. - Lead, coach, and develop WFM analysts/planners; set standards and ensure process compliance. - Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and tool enhancements to increase accuracy and efficiency. Required skills and qualifications - Strong expertise in WFM methodologies, forecasting techniques, and scheduling best practices. - Proficiency with WFM tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel/Sheets, BI/reporting platforms); ability to translate data into actions. - Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing operational outcomes. - People leadership skills: coaching, performance management, and team development. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
