And do you get energy from developing people, improving processes and advising management? For our terminals in Pernis, Geulhaven and Welplaat, we are looking for an HSEQ Manager. You translate Chane's strategy into clear priorities and concrete improvements on the shop floor. In doing so, you lead a team of 2 HSEQ coordinators and report directly to the Terminal Manager. With your knowledge, overview and persuasive power, you ensure that safe and responsible working always comes first. Where will you be working? Chane Terminals is a leading player in the storage and handling of liquid bulk goods. From our terminals, we support customers with safe, reliable and efficient logistics solutions. The terminals in Pernis, Geulhaven and Welplaat together form a dynamic working environment. Here, operations, engineering, legislation and sustainability come together on a daily basis. As HSEQ Manager, you work closely with the Terminal Manager, local management, supervisors, employees and external parties. You are visibly present at the terminals and know what is going on. From an independent position, you advise the organisation, identify risks and help colleagues make conscious and safe choices every day. Representative activities As HSEQ Manager, you are responsible for the development and execution of the HSEQ policy across the three terminals. You bring structure, set priorities and ensure that plans are actually implemented.
