As Team Leader Solution Engineering E-house & Skid, you lead a multidisciplinary team of electrical and mechanical engineers responsible for the design and realization of modular power distribution solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data centers worldwide. This role combines people leadership with technical oversight and operational excellence. You ensure that the team has the structure, capabilities and support required to deliver high-quality projects. At the same time, you continuously improve engineering standards and ways of working. Rather than acting as the primary technical problem-solver, you create an environment in which engineers can excel. You promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team. You also ensure that junior engineers receive coaching and technical guidance from experienced colleagues and subject matter experts.
