Functieomschrijving: As an Assistant Team Leader – High Care, you are the right-hand person to the Team Leader and the first point of contact for colleagues on the production floor. Your main responsibility is to ensure the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities include: - Supporting and motivating the production team. - Planning and distributing daily tasks. - Monitoring production progress and resolving operational issues. - Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety procedures. - Taking over the Team Leader's responsibilities when required. - Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.
