Do you have experience in production and enjoy working with machines? Join Okechamp in Venlo as a Production Worker. Keep the production process running, check product quality and earn €15.26 gross per hour plus a 19.37% shift allowance. What are you going to do? As a Production Worker, you work with different production machines. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the production process runs smoothly and products meet the required quality standards. You keep a close eye on the machines and adjust them when needed. Do you notice a problem or a minor malfunction? You take action. Thanks to your previous production experience, you know what to look out for. Your main tasks are: - Setting up, operating and adjusting production machines; - Checking the quality of products; - Identifying and solving minor machine problems; - Recording production information and reporting issues; - Keeping your workplace clean and safe. This is a full-time job in a 3-shift system. For working in shifts, you receive a 19.37% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage. What do we offer? You can expect a varied production job with good employment conditions: - A starting salary of €15.26 gross per hour, excluding shift allowance; - After four weeks, your performance will be reviewed. With a positive review, your salary increases to €16.13 gross per hour; - A 19.37% shift allowance, bringing your hourly wage to approximately €18.22 at the start and €19.25 after a positive review; - Weekly salary payments; - Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, starting from 10 km one way, up to €9.20 net per working day; - 25 holiday days and 8% holiday allowance based on full-time employment; - Pension accrual from your first working day; - Free access to the Adecco Academy, with more than 150 online courses and training programmes.
