Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving commercial objectives. - Manage your own customer portfolio and act as the first point of contact, actively identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions - Seize every opportunity to increase sales through smart upselling, cross-selling, and promoting attractive offers - Ensure a smooth customer journey from quotation to delivery with efficient order processing and careful credit management - Deliver an excellent customer experience by proactively handling aftersales and resolving customer challenges quickly and professionally - Gather and share valuable market insights from customer interactions to help yourself and the team capitalize on commercial opportunities and refine sales strategies - Work closely with the field sales team to achieve sales results together - A strong culture of continuous improvement is central to our company. We therefore consider it important that you actively contribute ideas and participate in projects. Job requirements You have a commercial drive and are not afraid to pick up the phone. You enjoy closing deals but also value maintaining strong customer relationships, finding the right balance between the two on a daily basis. - Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week - Possess MBO+ (intermediate vocational) level of work and thinking - Spanish or French or Italian, as well as in Dutch or English - At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role - Knowledgeable in MS Office - Have previous experience with SAP or are able to quickly learn to use it - A market-based salary aligned with your knowledge and experience - A generous 29 vacation days.
