De afdeling Finance bestaat uit een compact en hecht team: een Finance-manager, een F&B controller, administrateur en een F&B-stagiaire. Hierdoor is er veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ideeën. Tijdens je stageperiode ga je de finance-afdeling op verschillende gebieden ondersteunen. Tijdens deze stage bieden we je de mogelijkheid om aan de slag te gaan met je persoonlijke leerdoelen. We betrekken je graag bij onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden zodat je kunt leren van de professionals om je heen. Dit doen we door je bijvoorbeeld mee te nemen naar leveranciers als onderdeel van een onderhandeling, contractverlenging of relatie management. Daarnaast krijg je lekker veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen verschillende projecten. Projects you can work on include: - Initiating "standard operating procedures" (SOP) for the purpose of controlling cash and commodity flows and ensuring compliance with these SOPs. - Reporting to board and restaurant management including gross margin p/product, mix effects, category analyses and inventory management - Analysis of supplier statistics for purposes of annual interviews - Bonus calculations for the purpose of rebates (January-February) - Liaise w...
