- Horst - 38 uur - € 4.500,- per maand Are you an experienced Maintenance Team Leader with a technical background, who knows how to motivate a team whilst keeping a clear overview? We are looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Team Leader for an international organisation in Horst. In this varied role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians and play an active part in maintaining, improving and modernising the technical installations at a unique location. What are you going to do? As Maintenance Team Leader, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure that all maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to schedule. You will be responsible for both the day-to-day management of the team and for assisting with technical tasks yourself when necessary.
