Production Support Associate Geleen € 2500/per maand - € 3483/per maand Dienstenrooster Dagwerk Contracttype Tijdelijk met optie vast Introductie Join Lonza's manufacturing team in Geleen and help support the production of life-changing medicines. In this hands-on role, you will work in a GMP cleanroom environment, ensuring materials, equipment, and production areas are prepared so manufacturing activities can be carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. Wie zoeken we? What we are looking for: - Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, cleanroom operations, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another regulated environment is advantageous. - MBO qualification or equivalent practical education in a technical, logistics, production, or scientific field. - A hands-on approach and strong attention to detail. - Ability to follow established procedures and maintain high-quality standards. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. - Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment. - Motivation to learn new skills and develop a career within GMP manufacturing.
