Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will partner with production and engineering teams to analyze current operations, optimize workflows, and implement best practices. You will also keep our machinery running at peak performance, help select new equipment, and support maintenance strategies. We are looking for an adaptable, decisive problem-solver who is driven to deliver real results. What You Will Do - Lead projects, monitor, evaluate, and improve the production process, support the development of new production processes and resolve existing problems within the current processes. - Inspect, analyse, evaluate, optimise, upgrade and improve a very varied electronic and mechanical machine park. - Collaborate with Chinese suppliers and stabilize a new machine park. - Develop and implement initiatives which save costs, increase production and/or enhance quality. - Support projects concerning the installation of new equipment and the introduction of new products. - Challenge the status quo and follow up with running pilots and collecting objective data. - Closely collaborate with the Operations, Quality and Maintenance teams in Venlo and the other Engineering teams.
