About the job As an Operator Food , you are responsible for monitoring, controlling and optimising the production process. You ensure that production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards for quality, food safety and efficiency. The Operator Food position requires technical insight, analytical skills and a proactive attitude. Your responsibilities include: - Monitoring and adjusting production process parameters; - Supporting machine operators during production; - Coordinating multiple production lines; - Analysing and solving minor process and machine issues; - Monitoring production output, quality and efficiency; - Inspecting raw materials and finished products; - Recording production results and reporting deviations; - Initiating process improvements; - Working according to hygiene, food safety and safety regulations. Working hours: Two-shift system. Working days: Monday to Friday.
