As a Field Service Engineer you are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing high-quality refrigeration systems and air treatment systems. You work on innovative climate solutions for leading customers in the industry, with a lot of freedom and responsibility. What Will You Do? In this role, you are the technical point of contact on-site at our customers. You ensure that our installations function optimally and that malfunctions are resolved quickly and effectively. - Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems and air treatment systems. - Commissioning, adjusting, and checking new systems. - Locating and resolving technical malfunctions. - Providing technical support and advice to customers on-site. - Close collaboration with engineering, production, and purchasing to ensure smooth project progress. - Identifying points for improvement and proactively contributing to process optimization. - Documenting completed work and reporting.
