Then come work as a welder for our client in Hilversum. As a welder at this company, you'll play a key role in the production of train tracks. You'll ensure that the train tracks are sturdy and reliable, so everyone can travel safely from point A to point B. We offer a gross hourly wage between €16.50 and €19. This depends on your age and experience. We also offer: - Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer; - Opportunity for promotion if performance is satisfactory; - The opportunity to take training courses. What are you going to do? As a welder, you play an important role in the production of train tracks. We also call train tracks "rails," and trains run on them every day. You can be a part of this, and just walking around our client's site is super cool! You'll be working as a welder in a workshop with about eight coworkers. There, you'll learn a variety of tasks, and they'll train you to become a true all-rounder. You start by drilling holes in the rails. These holes are needed to connect the rails to other rails. This is done using a machine that secures the rails with large screws. That's how they build kilometer-long stretches of track. In the workshop, you'll focus primarily on making turnouts and curves. You'll work with various components to ensure that trains stay on the correct track. You'll also make pins that guide the trains to the correct track.
