Wat wordt er van je verwacht As an Operator B, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining one of the production processes within the factory, such as mixing, filling, or packaging. You will work with modern semi-automated systems and closely monitor the performance and quality of the production process. Your duties will include: - Operating, setting up, and changing over production lines; - Monitoring process conditions such as temperature, viscosity, and filling accuracy; - Detecting and resolving first-line mechanical and basic electrical malfunctions; - Performing quality inspections and line checks in accordance with HACCP standards; - Recording production results and technical issues; - Guiding production line staff and coordinating with the technical and quality departments. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
