Henri Willig's shops and farms have become a household name in the Netherlands. For our largest cheese farm shop, Amsterdams Kaashuis, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager. Through 'storytelling', we share the wonderful story of our family business and the craft of cheese-making to our visitors. Our visitors leave leave with a smile on their faces and a new experience under their belt! What are you going to do? - You are the face of our cheese experience and you embody this. You work in a traditional farm cheese shop wearing traditional Old Dutch clothing. Together with your team, you ensure our guests have a wonderful time in the shop and you help with all other shop duties, thereby creating a sense of 'we' within the shop. - You coach, support and inspire your team members so that they can get the best out of themselves and continue to develop within the team and the company. - You encourage your team members to take on tasks and responsibilities so that the shop runs smoothly even in your absence. - Together with the store manager, you ensure that all (administrative) shop processes run smoothly. - By carrying out the above tasks with dedication, your team will achieve results that both you and the company can be proud of!
