As an order picker at Royal FloraHolland in Aalsmeer, you make a difference every morning. You’ll work with a large, friendly team and make sure flowers and plants get to the right customer on time. Your shift starts at 6:00 AM, so you can enjoy your free afternoons after your work. Ideal if you enjoy active work and having your afternoons open!Every day is different. You pick up your cart full of flowers and distribute them to the carts of customers. You use a headset to hear exactly where your flowers need to go. You smoothly drive an electric cart through the logistics hall. No license required, we teach you everything you need to know. You lift beautiful plants and flowers from your cart to the customer’s cart. You also check orders and help with other logistics tasks. Apply now and brighten not only your day, but also someone else’s! 🌸 We are looking for you if; - You are at least 18 years old; - You are fit and able to lift flower carts; - You are at least 1.65 meters tall because of safety reasons - You can start at 6:00 AM in Aalsmeer - You are available at least 2 weekday mornings per week - You can work for at least 7 months - You speak good Dutch or English - You can provide a certificate of good conduct (we pay for it) - If you do not have a certificate of good conduct yet, you can request one (we will help you with this) - You live within 30 km of Aalsmeer - You are collegial, involved, and work accurately.
