You help translate technological developments into insights that advance supervision across Europe, collaborate with colleagues from different countries, and bring structure to complex issues. In doing so, you help strengthen and secure the financial sector of tomorrow. What you will do as an Intern in European Technological Supervision at DNB As an intern, you will help identify and interpret technological developments within European banking supervision. That supervision is organized within the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM), the joint supervisory framework of the ECB and national supervisors. You support the international team that develops and applies the SSM Trend Radar-an instrument that identifies and analyses technological trends and translates them into opportunities and risks for supervision and the financial sector. You will contribute to analyses, communication, and collaboration with European colleagues, helping ensure that insights truly land in the supervision of the future. Your responsibilities - You support the analysis of emerging technologies and their impact on the financial sector and European supervision. This includes researching technologies such as AI, quantum technology, cloud computing, digital identity, and tokenization, and translating developments into supervision-relevant insights. - You contribute to the organization and preparation of European Tech Expert Missions, involving technology experts from across Europe. - You support the rollout, adoption, and application of the SSM Trend Radar within DNB and at other national central banks across the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM). ...
