As Bar Manager, you'll play a key role in this. Following our success in Hoofddorp, we've opened our new location in the heart of Amsterdam and you can be a part of it! Job requirements What will you be doing? - As Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day organization and management of the bar. - You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly both behind the scenes and out front. - You'll oversee the quality of our drinks, the bar's appearance, and the team's hospitality. You'll also actively work on the floor and lead by example. - You'll lead the bar team, motivate your colleagues, and ensure efficient staff scheduling and task allocation. During busy shifts and events, you'll maintain a clear overview, quickly resolve operational challenges, and ensure that every guest has an excellent experience. - You'll also work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other department heads to continuously improve daily operations.
