You've come to the right place!TheThe opportunity: Clinical Site Manager Lead As a Site Manager Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating activities to support health care professionals obtain access to treatments through Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) worldwide. You will be customer oriented, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and providing tailored solutions where needed. You are an intrinsically motivated individual that wants to understand the greater picture to identify the gaps. You will be leading a team of 6 site managers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, and maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction (hospitals, pharmacies, bio-pharma companies). In this role, you will empower the team to excel driving them towards the company targets, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will be collaborating with several departments and will report into the Director of Expanded Access Operations.
