This position is full-time and available ASAP at our HQ in Amsterdam for a period of 6 months! You'll be? - Handle Retail Support tickets , ensuring timely and accurate resolution. - Produce and maintain operational reports , focusing on ticket resolution efficiency and knowledge-base training for store teams. - Coordinate all Visual Merchandising asset requests , distribution, and tracking. - Manage store supplies , including oversight of the automation project aimed at streamlining replenishment. - Optimize Back-of-House layouts across stores , including one on-site store visit per week to assess and improve operational flow.
