Purpose of Role The Retail Design & Development Lead is responsible for managing the new store opening and refurbishment program across the EMEA region within Under Armour's Distributor business. This role oversees multiple projects simultaneously, partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Regional counterparts, Retail Design & Development, Vendor Management, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, and Retail Operations, as well as external stakeholders such as distributors, retail partners, and Under Armour vendors. The position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and to Under Armour's quality standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Design & Development, the role also drives continuous improvement of tools, standards, and processes to support long-term business success.
