Are you a customer-focused professional with experience in order management and logistics? In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting sales teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. What are you going to do? - Manage customer orders from entry to delivery; - Maintain customer and order data in SAP; - Act as the main contact for customers and assigned sales areas; - Coordinate logistics activities and delivery processes; - Prepare and manage order-related documentation; - Handle customer complaints, returns, and credit requests; - Support sales teams with order processing and campaign activities; - Participate in projects and continuous process improvements. What do we ask? - MBO-level education, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, or Agriculture; - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or order management; - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; - Strong communication and administrative skills; - Customer-focused, proactive, and service-minded; - Commercial mindset and problem-solving attitude; - Good Microsoft Office skills; - Fluent in English; - German and/or Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage.
