Responsável pelos processos de auditoria interna e de certificação, análise de garantia da qualidade dos processos de produção, produtos e serviços. Garantir o controle de toda documentação que suporta o SGI (procedimentos, instruções, métodos). Investigação e aplicação de medidas corretivas de não-conformidades internas e externas de modo que contribua com o cumprimento da estratégia da organização e alinhada aos padrões da Qualidade Global.
