This role focuses on financial control, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and reporting activities within a structured banking environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the position offers exposure to regulatory reporting, finance operations, reporting improvement initiatives, and ongoing regulatory projects within a controlled and compliance-driven framework. Scope of Responsibilities Oversight and execution of financial control activities within a regulated banking framework Preparation and support of DNB regulatory reporting and submissions Support and coordination of internal and external audit processes Contribution to finance and regulatory-related project initiatives Review and improvement of reporting workflows and manual financial processes Collaboration with internal teams to enhance reporting accuracy, consistency, and governance Stakeholder engagement across finance, compliance, risk, and regulatory teams Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities within the finance function Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years relevant experience within banking or regulated financial services environments Experience within banking or regulated financial services preferred Background in financial control, accounting, reporting, or management reporting Understanding of banking regulatory environments and reporting processes St...
