Key responsibilities - Own and improve the first-line risk framework, including risk identification, assessment, treatment, and reporting. - Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, controls, and awareness initiatives. - Design and maintain business continuity and crisis management processes, including BIA, continuity plans, and exercises. - Coordinate incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions across stakeholders. - Ensure alignment with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations. - Provide management with clear risk insights, KPIs/KRIs, and actionable recommendations. - Collaborate with second and third lines of defense, IT, operations, and business leaders to embed risk ownership. Required skills and experience - Proven leadership in security management, business continuity, and operational risk (first line). - Knowledge of relevant standards and practices (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301, risk and control frameworks). - Experience with control design, testing, remediation tracking, and audit readiness. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision support skills. - Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex risks into clear priorities. - Reduced exposu...
