Then this vacancy could be the perfect opportunity for you! KLM is continuously engaged in discussions with trade unions regarding the collective labour agreement. Reaching an agreement is important, but ensuring that it is implemented correctly is just as crucial. That is where you come in. As a Business Product Analyst (BPA) within the Reward & Retain team, you will play a key role in implementing various employment benefits and reward initiatives that directly affect all KLM employees. What will you do? As a Business Product Analyst, you will help the product team achieve the best possible results from its digital products. You will investigate how HR and payroll processes can be improved, translate user needs into practical solutions and ensure that new tools are successfully adopted. You will work closely with HR departments, software engineers and product owners, translating their input into concrete actions. In addition, you will: - Collaborate with users from the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) and the Compensation & Benefits department to gain a clear understanding of their processes and requirements; - Design the ideal workflow to support the digital HR product; - Support the testing process and analyse the product's impact; - Help users work effectively with the tool and resolve any issues they encounter; - Contribute to product development based on data and user feedback.
