What are you going to do? As an Assistant Controller, you serve as the CFO's right-hand person and, together with the CFO, ensure that the financial records are in order at all times. In addition, you ensure that the accounting staff receive the proper coaching and guidance in their duties. You will be responsible for: - Handling financial administration independently; - Coaching and mentoring the administrators; - You will serve in an advisory role to the executive board; - Handling general ledger accounting, monthly closings, and the annual financial statements; - Balance sheet calculations; - Work together to identify areas where the financial administration process can be improved; - Jointly responsible for procurement, tenders, and contract management; Interested?
