Increasingly recognised for creating some of the world's most sought-after properties, the Group provides legendary service inspired by Asian heritage whilst representing the very cutting-edge of luxury experiences.As Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties: - Supervise the day-to-day accounting activities within the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures; - Review and verify accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation to maintain the integrity of financial records; - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and support the preparation of financial reports and management information; - Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring timely processing, accurate reconciliations and efficient collection of outstanding balances; - Review supplier reconciliations, resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with purchasing and approval procedures; - Monitor daily revenue postings, review general ledger transactions and ensure all financial transactions are correctly coded and allocated; - Review cash and banking reconciliations and support treasury and cash management activities whilst safeguarding company assets through effective controls; - Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with statutory, tax and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group requirements; - Supervise, train and coach Finance colleagues, allocating work effectively and supporting their on
