In this role, you manage product development projects from concept to launch and help ensure products are delivered on time, with the right quality and attention to detail. You are part of the Innovation Department, where creativity, collaboration, and structure come together. You work closely with different internal and external stakeholders and help translate ideas into well-executed products that fit the Rituals brand. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys project management, likes working in a dynamic environment, and gets energy from turning concepts into tangible results. You know how to keep an overview, follow up on details, and move projects forward in a practical way. In this role, you will: - Manage product development projects within your assigned product group from concept to launch. - Coordinate the full development process and monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-up. - Work closely with stakeholders across departments, such as Marketing, Design, Sourcing, Quality, and Regulatory. - Support the development of packaging, artwork, and product-related details where relevant. - Keep track of project progress, identify risks, and follow up on actions in a timely way. - Contribute to the execution of the product plan and support product updates and innovations within the assigned area. - Help ensure products are developed in line with brand standards, quality requirements, and timing expectations.
