Functie As a Pork Deboner, you will be responsible for: - Professionally and efficiently deboning pork. - Separating meat from the bones with minimal waste. - Separating and sorting different cuts of pork according to the required specifications. - Checking and maintaining the quality of the meat throughout the deboning process. - Working accurately while maintaining the required production pace. - Keeping your workplace, knives and other tools clean and hygienic. - Complying with all applicable safety, hygiene and food-quality standards Functie-eisen We are looking for candidates who: - Have demonstrable experience as a pork deboner in the meat-processing industry. - Have excellent knowledge of pork anatomy and the different cuts of meat. - Are experienced in the safe and professional use of knives and other meat-processing tools. - Work accurately and have a strong eye for detail. - Are physically fit and able to perform physically demanding work...
