Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company, is seeking a Mission Systems Program Analyst in Patuxent River, MD. The Mission Systems Program Analyst will provide administrative support to the Presidential Helicopters Program (PMA-274) Mission Systems & Software IPT.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $39.00-$47.82 per hour (depending upon experience)

Work Location: Onsite at Patuxent River, MD.

Essential Functions:

Meeting coordination and support: ensure all participants have meeting materials, room is reserved and set up, submit visit requests for external visitors as needed, host meeting in Teams and provide solid note taking/action captureDevelop and disseminate formal meeting minutes (i.e., decisions, actions, list of attendees, etc.). This is especially important for meetings where decisions affecting requirements and platform capabilities are being made as they are our formal record and are included in the requirements database as artifactsMaintain key documents and lists for the MS&S team such as organizational charts, email distribution lists, contact lists, and team calendarsManage an action tracker to include pursuing those with assignments to ensure actions are completeMaintain SmartPaks: key slides, data and charts utilized frequentlyData Management: Organize MCS data products within Microsoft Teams and PMA SPO.Quickly gain a conversational understanding of the technical jargon of the team and projectBrief preparation: collect inputs, proof/edit, ensure proper security markings and schedule reviews, if needed prior to submissionTeam travel: as needed, submit requests for approval to Travel Court via SPO (SharePoint Online)Handle routine status updates to provide input to taskers, most answers are routine and require confirming the latest percentage, or number complete, monthly team achievements, etcOther duties as assigned or required

Requirements

Required:

Capable of working independently and in a team settingAttention to detail and a pro-active approach, is a mustUnderstanding of hosting meetings in the Cloud-based, TEAMS environmentMust be available during regular workday (0800-1600). Position is in-person, and will routinely check in and provide status updates with the Level 2 and Level 3 staffExperience coordinating and writing SOWsHas to be proactive

Desired:

Experience with rotary wing aircraft, software and engineering jargon is a plus, but not a requirement

Security Clearance:

Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

HS Diploma or GED required with 5+ years of related experience.
