Your Responsibilities - Operating and setting up packaging and production equipment. - Performing visual checks on materials, machine settings, and process information. - Changing machine setups for different production runs and clearing lines. - Inspecting packaging and equipment according to established standards. - Keeping machines and work areas clean; resolving minor technical issues. - Analyzing malfunctions and contributing to long-term solutions. - Reporting on safety, quality, and production results during shift handovers.
