Functie As a beef Slaughterer, you will be responsible for: - Performing one or more stages of the beef slaughtering process. - Carrying out preparatory tasks such as stunning and bleeding. - Removing hides and internal organs safely and accurately. - Using knives and other slaughtering tools professionally and safely. - Inspecting your work and maintaining the required quality standards. - Working efficiently while maintaining the required production pace. - Keeping your workplace, knives and other tools clean and hygienic. - Complying with animal-welfare, safety, hygiene and food-quality regulations. Functie-eisen We are looking for candidates who: - Have demonstrable experience as a beef slaughterer in the meat-processing industry. - Have good knowledge of cattle anatomy and slaughtering techniques. - Are experienced in one or more stages of the beef slaughtering process. - Can use knives and other slaughtering tools safely and professionally. - Work accurately and have a strong eye for detail. - Are physically fit and able to perform physically demanding work. - Are willing and able to work in a cold production environment. - Are reliable, motivated and able to ...
