As a Service Technician at DHL Zaltbommel, you will play a key role in ensuring maximum system availability while supporting the development of both the operation and your team. What will you be doing? As a Service Technician, you will ensure that daily duties and activities within your shift/team are carried out safely and effectively, minimizing any impact on the customer's operations. You will act with accountability and confidence in making decisions. This hands-on role involves working within your assigned 5-shift pattern on electrical, instrument, mechanical, and control systems, including installation, modification, maintenance, and repairs. You should have clear communication skills and the ability to make technical decisions. You will also take on a coordinating role, fostering team spirit and creating a safe work environment. Additionally, you will be the single point of contact for our customer DHL and the Vanderlande Global Service desk during technical malfunctions and escalations.
