You will act as the bridge between the management team's strategic direction and the operational teams responsible for implementation. This is not a purely strategic or advisory role. You will be expected to take ownership of important business initiatives, drive progress yourself and remain accountable for the outcome. You create clarity, bring the right people together, make sure decisions are followed by action and ensure that projects lead to measurable business impact. You will work on complex, high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability and business performance across the organization. These may include process improvements, ERP-related projects, automation opportunities, AI readiness initiatives or other projects that help the company work smarter and become more future-proof. Your goal is to help the company increase output and effectiveness, not by working harder, but by working in a more structured, scalable and intelligent way. You will take responsibility for moving initiatives from idea to execution and for making sure that results are embedded in the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating strategic objectives from the management team into clear project plans, priorities and concrete actions. - Taking ownership of cross-functional business initiatives from start to finish. - Driving progress, decision-making and follow-up, also when projects involve ambiguity, dependencies or competing priorities. - Creating structure, ownership and momentum in projects that involve multiple departments, stakeholders or business entities. - Making sure that initiatives do not remain "plans on paper...
