Business Controller We are looking for a business controller to lead the finance team and guide the organisation into its next phase. This entrepreneurial minded and analytical colleague will help us analyse our financial performance and provide reliable insights to management. He or she will act as the financial conscience of the organisation and ensure a long-term financial vision. This requires a pragmatic approach and a hands-on attitude. The role is highly varied and covers the entire spectrum from journal entries to multi-year strategic issues. Key responsibilities: 1. Internal and external reporting Communicating a true and fair view of the (financial) situation of the organization through internal and external reports to shareholders and other direct stakeholders. - KPI Dashboard: financial and operational management information for the departments - Reports and analyses, where possible using Business Intelligence software - Profit and loss account - Balance Sheet Statement - Monthly closing and forecast - Annual Reports / Financial Statements 2. Strategic Planning & Control Influencing the future situation by advising on financial strategy.
