What You’ll Do
Work both independently and collaboratively in a client‑focused lab environmentSupport small‑scale experiments and essential lab operations, such as:Media and buffer preparationAliquoting and aseptic transfersBioreactor builds and probe calibrationsAutoclaving and general lab supportRun cell culture experiments from shake flask to bioreactorAssist with sample analysis and maintain accurate, organized recordsOpportunities to Grow

Clear and confident communication (written + verbal)Strong attention to detailCuriosity, adaptability, and a positive, proactive approachAbility to manage tasks in a dynamic, fast‑paced lab setting Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or a related fieldHands-on technical lab experience and demonstrated competence in basic lab techniquesExperience with mammalian cell culture using aseptic technique (preferred)Familiarity with small‑scale fed‑batch bioreactors (2L) (preferred)cGMP experience is a plusStrong focus, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Ability to work 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM shifts when needed.Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Position is full-time Mon-Fri, 2nd shift (6pm-2:30am).
