We're looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Helmond. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our warehouse and transport operations while working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure everything runs efficiently. What you'll do - Plan and coordinate daily transport activities. - Communicate with freight forwarders and logistics partners. - Maintain and update operational data and reports in Microsoft Excel. - Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse administration and operational tasks. - Perform inventory and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. - Monitor and maintain accurate warehouse records. - Identify discrepancies and help improve warehouse processes. What we're looking for - Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data. - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Excellent organisational and communication skills. - Able to remain calm and work effectively under pressure. - Flexible with working hours when business needs require. - A proactive team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and taking ownership.
