Do you speak fluent German and English? Join an international team in Eindhoven, earn up to €3,100 gross per month, and enjoy a direct contract with the client. What are you going to do? As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the main point of contact for customers in Germany. You ensure that orders are processed correctly and delivered on time while providing excellent customer support. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain within a growing international organization. This is a full-time position (32-40 hours per week) with a direct permanent contract. - Process customer orders in SAP, from order entry to invoicing - Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and keep customers informed - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues by phone and email - Maintain customer data, pricing information, and promotions in the system - Work closely with the Sales team to build and maintain strong customer relationships - Support process improvement projects and team initiatives - Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction What do we offer?
